Welcome to my personal website. My name is Bjørn Townsend; I live in downtown Seattle, Washington, with my girlfriend Allyson and am owned by a small orange cat. I write software and do both customer and IT support for a small but growing startup in Pioneer Square called SourceLabs Inc., which sells support and maintenance services for open-source Java middleware: Axis, Hibernate, Spring, Struts and Jakarta-Commons.

In my (rare) spare time I try to write science fiction; I am presently trying to sell a short story called "Bug Hunt". If you're interested in reading it, email me and I'll send you a copy.
